\u00bfSe ha preguntado alguna vez c\u00f3mo llega a su puerta la hierba que crece en nuestros campos? Pues bien, el primer paso del proceso es la recogida del c\u00e9sped.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuando hace un pedido de c\u00e9sped, enviamos un equipo de recolecci\u00f3n que corta la hierba y la apila en palets. El corte se realiza con una cosechadora de tepes acoplada a un tractor. La cosechadora tiene dos cuchillas. La primera corta en \u00e1ngulo para levantar el c\u00e9sped de la tierra y la segunda corta en l\u00ednea recta hacia arriba y hacia abajo a intervalos, separando las placas de c\u00e9sped.<\/span><\/p>\n

La hierba cortada sube por una cinta transportadora donde dos operarios, de pie sobre una plataforma, apilan las placas de hierba en un palet. Un operario delante conduce el tractor y evita que la cosechadora se desv\u00ede de su trayectoria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuando un palet se llena, se deja caer al suelo y se transporta uno nuevo para sustituirlo. Una carretilla elevadora recoge y transporta todo el palet fuera del campo. A continuaci\u00f3n, los palets se cargan en semirremolques, que viajan por todo Tejas repartiendo c\u00e9sped a familias y propietarios de negocios.<\/span><\/p>\n
